Linda Reitz
Office Manager
Linda has been working at American Millwork since 2004 and perfecting her skill sets as the company has grown. Initially hired as general office assistant Linda has honed her skills to become the General Office Manager and responsible for the day to day activities of American Millwork.
David Reitz
General Project Manager
With thirty (30) plus years in commercial and residential general trades David has been employed with American Millwork since 2008 initially as a Project Manager currently General Project Manager. Family and hobbies has provided David with a prospective unique to architectural millwork. David brings an array of experiences gleaned from the general trades, having owned and operated a successful general contracting company and own finished carpentry skills.
Christina Sullivan-Reitz
Safety Coordinator
As a safety coordinator Tina has been instrumental to taking plant safety to another level. Minimum standards are set for most facilities by regulation. American Millwork standards of safety are based on the adage “the most valuable asset of American Millwork walks through the door each and every day”.
Ken Pauley
Production Manager
Kenny has over 35 years of experience in the woodworking industry from creation and deployment of manufacturing of high-end custom kitchen cabinetry, store fixtures and mill working for diverse companies and organizations. Ken has worked in many phases of the industry from Estimating, Purchasing, Finishing, Supervisory, Outsourcing and Operations. His hands-on approach and drive to ensure top customer satisfaction is achieved, has enabled him to help grow companies and his team.
John Hennessy
CFO
John has been an ad-hock CFO for American Millwork & Cabinetry since 2006. Through out John’s professional career he has been involved in commercial lending, mergers & acquisitions, and financial & strategic planning. His experience includes working with closely-held, as well as, publicly held companies.
Dan Smith
Controller
Dan has over 27 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 22 years as a Certified Public Accountant, in various environments and industries. These have included a major manufacturer (with over $100m in revenues), as well as small to medium sized retailers, real estate developers and general contractors, among others. His last 10 years have been intimately involved within the construction industry, helping to spearhead large residential and commercial construction projects through the myriad of challenges our industry has faced within the last decade. As American Millwork continues to strive to be proactive as a progressive leader within its marketplace, it must continuously look for ways to become stronger, leaner, more efficient & competitive. Dan’s knowledge, experience, and leadership will help AMC strive for and reach its near-term goals, as well as help position our Company to anticipate and capitalize on its visions for the future.
Robert Horn
Facility Coordinator
Bob, with 30 plus years experience in the wood working industry from commercial furniture, architectural millwork to custom doors gives him a unique perspective and appreciation for customers’ needs. Bob owned a major door manufacturing plant in the Lehigh Valley for well over a half a decade, supplying custom doors, hardware and other components to the entire Mid-Atlantic Region in both the commercial and retail market. Bob’s experience in owning a business himself helps him to understand what customers need and require in all aspects of a project. Bob’s experiences and compliment of skills are utilized at AMC as a Facility Coordinator..
Dan Ptak
Project Manager
Dan brings over 35 years’ experience in the Architectural Woodworking Industry. He has worked as a Corporate Administrator and Project Manager on high end millwork and commercial casework projects throughout North America, Central America and the Caribbean. Dan’s projects include Casinos, Luxury Hotels, and Residential Estates along with Hospital, Educational Institutions and Government Projects. His knowledge of the AWI Architectural Woodwork Standards and Quality Standards is instrumental with the continued process of QCP certification.
Patrick Dacey
Lead Engineer
Patrick joins AMC after 25 years in all phases of the millwork and cabinet industry. He started out as a shop helper in college and worked up through the ranks eventually owning a successful custom cabinet company. He has worked in various capacities in the industry in New Jersey, Maryland, and Texas and brings a broad array of skills to the engineering department. He has expansive knowledge of numerous production software packages and can manage both small and large scale projects. His years of hands on shop experience are a solid foundation for his role as engineer at AMC.
John Callahan
Project Manager
John previously had over 30 experience as an Electro-Mechanical Designer and Interior Retail Engineer. His other talents include Production Management, Purchasing, Estimating, and Quality Control. Earlier in his career, John worked in the Coin-Operated Amusement Game Industry where he designed and engineered over 60 successful Coin-Operated Amusement Games, designing many unique products using unique wood and composite cabinet designs. John’s adaptability and problem solving capabilities make him ideally suited to his position here at American Millwork & Cabinetry.
Paul Anthony
Process Engineer
With an affinity for software, processes, and management, Paul has honed his skills within the industries of architectural millwork and store fixtures for the last thirty (30) years. Using the industry leading top notch software, Paul assists and ensures that all the connections to the multiple CNC (computer numerical control) are under control, and communicating to the numerous machines, labelers, and barcode scanners allows the operators to generate parts that will come together to flow into virtually seamless fabrication of world class millwork.
Kyle Morgan
Submittal Engineer
Having twenty (20) plus years in the industry in multiple phases of cabinet making and architectural millwork, eight (8) being with American Millwork. While starting on the floor as an apprentice cabinet maker working his way to journeyman cabinetmaker and foreman those experiences have provided Kyle a unique prospective to flow and process. Kyle has continued to improve his skill sets and currently works in the engineering department.
Chris Aungst
Estimator
Chris commenced employment with American Millwork & Cabinetry in 2008. Chris had worked in the industry in various capacities for twenty three (23) years from fabrication of commercial and residential millwork to installation of millwork prior to coming on board with AMC. In the years subsequent to coming on board with AMC Chris has developed his personal skill set for accurately assessing the millwork, developing detailed scopes of work and accurately estimating the value of intricate millwork.
Jeff Mease
Estimator
Jeff has worked in the residential / commercial general trades construction for thirty (30) years in many capacities and ultimately as a project manager. Jeff has been with American Millwork since 2009 and has excelled in the profession of estimating.
Warren Blakslee
Senior Estimator
Warren has over 35 years of experience in construction and high-end architectural woodwork. He has been involved in projects throughout the US as well internationally including hotels, hospitals, corporate head offices, tenant fit-outs, government buildings, and fast track construction projects. With a BA degree in Economics, Warren has the foundation for understanding and finding ‘best value’ for clients. A long-time member of AWI, he has contributed to the AWI Quality Standards, AWI Cost Book, AWI Chapter Development Committee, AWI Finishing Committee and the Woodwork Career Alliance of North America. In 1994 he received an Award from The American Institute of Architects, Chicago branch, for work performed on the Seth Peterson Cottage/Frank Lloyd Wright Project in Mirror Lake Park, Wisconsin. With his broad knowledge of the industry he is able to participate in projects from design conception to completion.
Joseph Stegle
Senior Estimator
Joe has over 45 year’s professional employment in the Construction Industry, with particular awareness and experience in architectural millwork and cabinetry. This experience includes estimating, coordination of all trades, scheduling of work, owners representative, developing and administering of contracts, cost control and mentoring of new employee’s. Joe has successfully run, and operated, a high end architectural millwork facility in WV for nearly twenty years. Joe’s personal interests are volunteering as a board member for the Indian Harbor Yacht Club, Chairman of Bogota Boy Scouts of America, volunteer fireman and House Committee Chairman. Joe’s personal dictum is “Focus on what is necessary to complete a project on time, within budget, and not compromising quality and design intent”. The identical core values of American Millwork & Cabinetry.
Harvinder Sing
Engineer
Harvinder is an exuberant, enthusiastic and a process focused Mechanical Engineer with six years of experience working as Production/manufacturing/Process Engineer. He has Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma (Black belt). His skills are specialized in operational efficiency and effectiveness. His goal is to adapt his past experience and combine the successful methods from each industry to create elegantly simple and environmentally sustainable products while streamlining production and
manufacturing.
